We operate under a Design and Construct Prime Contractor model for the Ground (Low-Level and Mid-Level) Modules of an Overland Conveyor.
Your Engineer performs static and dynamic conveyor analysis to your Process Basis of Design, sets out the conveyor and advises working points (Easting, Northing and Relative Levels) for carry and return rollers and expected loads on the module.
When sleepers aren't preferred, we will work with your design team to accommodate alternative module foundations and coordinate battery limit interfaces of design and supply.
EI&C mounting design requirements, such as preferred equipment for PWS, BDS, FO loops, LED lighting and panels are to be advised so we can design supporting steelwork and accommodate cabling bend radii within the stringers.
We arrange the design and supply of all mechanical components within the modules including carry, return and guide rollers, sleepers, legs, stringers and cladding, cross overs and steelwork that supports your Engineer's EI&C design.
We only buy from reputable tier one suppliers and will comply with your Quality Control requirements.
All items are supplied to our assembly, staging and storage facility located at Meenaar in Northam. We can arrange PPSR Registration at this point.
We pre-assemble offsite as much as practical, arrange for transport to site and then self-perform all site construction activities ready for your belt installation.
EI&C installation and conveyor commissioning is by others.
